BERLIN: Bayern Munich extended their Bundesliga lead despite being held 0-0 at Arminia Bielefeld on Saturday, while financially troubled Kaiserslautern dropped to the bottom despite an injury time equaliser at Schalke 04.
With Werder Bremen and Borussia Dortmund playing later yesterday, Bayern's draw extended their lead at the top to nine points, although their performance was below par against the battling home side.
