Indonesia want their own Celina

KUALA LUMPUR: The move by Sepang International Circuit (SIC) to appoint India's beauty queen and rising film star, Celina Jaitley, as the ambassador for Malaysia's F1 race has generated huge interest in Jakarta and now Indonesia are keen on having their own F1 ambassador.

“The story on the Bollywood actress in Sepang was widely reported in Indonesian newspapers yesterday and the media is asking why Sepang have picked a Bollywood actress as our ambassador,” said SIC sales manager Elvy Kassim in a statement issued here yesterday.
