PETALING JAYA: South Korean doubles maestro Kim Dong-moon has been named as the recipient of the Eddy Choong Player of the Year award for his unrivalled success on the world badminton circuit last year.
In an International Badminton Federation (IBF) press statement released yesterday, the 27-year-old Korean was chosen for the award for winning five world GP titles and the JVC Asian Championships with Ha Tae-kwon in the men's doubles.
