ALOR STAR: Former Penang player Zool Ihsan Yunus, who signed a letter of intent with Kedah in December last year only to go back on his word, has been let off the hook.
Kedah team manager Datuk Shukri Hashim said Zool had intended to join two other colleagues in Kedah – Cik Hisammudin Hassan and Zainuddin Mohd Ariffin - but changed his mind when he was offered a steady job by Syarikat Kenderaan Melayu Kelantan (SKMK) to play for them.
