Court orders identity of athlete on dope be kept secret


LAUSANNE: The identity of a US athlete who took part in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games despite testing positive for steroids will remain secret after a decision from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on Friday. 

The decision comes in the long-running dispute between USA Track and Field (USATF) and the sport's world governing body, the International Association for Athletics Federations, which wants the athlete to be named.
