SYDNEY: South Korean qualifier Lee Hyung-taik upset tournament second seed Juan Carlos Ferrero yesterday to win his first ATP title in the final of the Sydney International.
The 85th-ranked player capped a magnificent week when he clawed back to beat Ferrero with two tiebreak sets to win 4-6, 7-6 (8-6), 7-6 (7-4) in two hours 37 minutes.
