KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu football players will have to pass the Cooper’s fitness test today to get their licence to play in the M-League.
The Terengganu FA (TFA) secretary, Abdullah Salleh, said that the one-day test would be supervised by FA of Malaysia’s (FAM) representatives Ishak Salleh and Che Mud Che Mat.
“We are confident that all of our players will pass the test to qualify them to play in the M-League which begins on Feb 8,” he said.
Abdullah said that the test, to be held at the athletics’ tracks in Gong Badak here.
Each of the footballers will be required to run 2.8km or seven laps in under 12 minutes. – Bernama
