ZAGREB: Former Wimbledon champion Goran Ivanisevic will be fit to play singles for Croatia in their first round Davis Cup tie against the United States in February, the Croatian daily Vjesnik reported yesterday.
It had been thought he would take part only in the doubles but coach Niki Pilic told Vjesnik that Ivanisevic would be able to play singles after recovering from shoulder surgery.
