PARIS: Germany’s Timo Boll was ranked number one in the world by the International Table Tennis Federation on Thursday, the first non-Chinese to top the world for nearly three years.
The 21-year-old Boll only made it by a whisker however. With 2,295 points, Boll was just one point ahead of China’s Ma Lin.
