SEPANG: Taiyo Furusato delivered a masterclass performance to claim his maiden Moto3 victory after completing the 10-lap race in style at the Sepang International Circuit yesterday.

The race was shortened and delayed following the frightening pre-race crash involving newly crowned world champion Jose Antonio Rueda of Spain and Noah Dettwiler of Switzerland.
