BAKU (Reuters) -McLaren's Formula One world championship leader Oscar Piastri crashed out of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix on the opening lap on Sunday.

The Australian, last year's winner in Baku, had lined up ninth but dropped to last after apparently jumping the start with the anti-stall seemingly clicking in.
