Tunku Putera of Johor extends his podium streak at SIC


PETALING JAYA: Tunku Abu Bakar Sultan Ibrahim continued his podium streak at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) after finishing third in Race 2 of the GT World Challenge Asia yesterday.

The Triple Eight Johor Motorsports Racing (JMR) driver, together with Australia’s Jordan Love, crossed the chequered flag in fourth with a time of 1’00:55, but when Absolute Racing’s Liu Anthony, who was originally in third, got a 33-second penalty, it bumped JMR to a podium finish.
