Zaqhwan Zaidi will race for Boon Siew Honda Racing Team in the Malaysia Superbike Championship this weekend.
PETALING JAYA: Rider Zaqhwan Zaidi sizzled in the hot and scorching conditions to post the fastest time in the ASB1000 practice during the opening round of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) at the Chang International Circuit in Thailand.
The Honda Asia-Dream Racing with Showa rider, who was the overall winner last year, posted 1:35:486 on a day where track temperature reached 40 degree Celsius.
