(Reuters) - DS Penske's Jean-Eric Vergne won Formula E's first race in India on Saturday as Porsche's Pascal Wehrlein extended his championship lead with fourth place in Hyderabad.
Nick Cassidy was second for Envision Racing with Porsche's Antonio Felix da Costa promoted to third in his 100th race after Envision's Sebastien Buemi was handed a 17 second post-race penalty for an overpower infringement.
