Rookies Cup a good avenue to judge Hakim’s talent

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian talent Hakim Danish Ramli earned another feather in his cap when he made the cut for the highly competitive Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup next year.

The 15-year-old, who is mentored by former MotoGP rider Zulfahmi Khairuddin, managed to put himself in the top eight bracket out of more than 100 candidates in the selection trials in Modena, Italy, thereby ensuring his presence on the grid for the championship.
