No wild card on a platter as local riders have KPIs to meet

PETALING JAYA: The wildcard slot for the Petronas Grand Prix of Malaysia in October is not going to be handed to the local riders on a platter as the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) has a strict Key Perfomance Index (KPI) for them to fulfil.

Several Malaysian riders like Hafizh Syahrin Abdullah, Zulfahmi Khairuddin and Ramdan Rosli had previously been given the wild card and they managed to use the opportunity well to progress in their motor racing careers.
