PETALING JAYA: Yamaha Racing Team Asean rider Kasma Daniel Kasmayuddin (pic) underlined his intent to make up for his Race 3 disqualification at the previous leg of the Malaysia Superbike Championship (MSBK) by posting a new lap record in practice session for Round 2.
Eager to claim the MSBK 1000 title in his superbike debut, Kasma set a new benchmark for the class when he topped the first day of practice with 2:07.237 at the Sepang International Circuit yesterday.
