PETALING JAYA: The three months of enforced inactivity had been a boon of sorts for CP150 defending champion Ahmad Afif Amran as the Petronas Malaysian Cub Prix Championship season gets underway at the Sepang International Circuit today.
Just prior to the lockdown, Ahmad was looking at a tough title-defence after crashing during the season-opener of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship in March.
