PETALING JAYA: There was double joy for Petronas Sprinta Racing as both riders Adam Norrodin (pic) and Ayumu Sasaki of Japan picked up world championship points in the opening Moto3 race of the season at Losail International Circuit in Doha, Qatar.

Malaysian rider Adam earned a hard-fought 11th placing in 38:25.960 after starting from 17th on the grid yesterday.
