PETALING JAYA: Ramdan Rosli (pic) rode a near-perfect race to take his first win in the Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Cham-pionships in Bandar Seri Jempol, Negri Sem-bilan.

The 21-year-old struggled with gearing issues throughout practice and qualifying but was able to get his act right in the eighth round of the championship.
