Malaysia’s Nabil buoyed by good show in Zandvoort race

PETALING JAYA: Nabil Jeffri is in upbeat mood ahead of the penultimate round of the F3 European Championship in Nuerburgring, Germany, this weekend.

The Petronas-backed Malaysian driver received a big morale booster after finishing an impressive fifth in the prestigious F3 Zandvoort Masters, a one-off race, in Holland on Sunday. Nabil, driving for Team Motopark and starting from eighth on the grid, crossed the finish line in 18:51.39.
