PETALING JAYA: Indonesia’s Ahmad Yudhistira proved he is no pushover by dominating the SuperSports 600cc free practice in the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship’s season-opener at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) on Friday.
The Manual Tech KYT Kawasaki rider, who finished seventh overall last season, clocked a blistering 1:05.272 to edge out local favourite, Zamri Baba of Musashi Boon Siew Honda by 0.084 seconds. Zamri claimed a grand double at Sepang last year.
