PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Moto2 rider Hafizh Syahrin Abdullah finished Grand Prix of the Americas in sixth spot at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin on Saturday.

The Petronas Raceline rider, riding on a steady progression after finishing 12th at the Qatar Grand Prix two weeks ago, finished the 19-lap race in 41:59.733, 14.168 seconds behind race winner Sam Lowes of Britain.
