Grateful Azlan racing for title in Losail


KUALA LUMPUR: World Moto2 rider Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman has received the green light from Honda Team Asia to race in the final leg of the Petronas Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC), which begins at the Losail Circuit in Qatar on Thursday.

Azlan, riding for Musashi Boon Siew Honda Racing, is now poised to make history for Malaysia as he is leading the overall standings in the SuperSports 600cc with 178 points. Chia Tuck Cheong was the last Malaysian rider to win the title in 2000 and 2001.
