KUALA LUMPUR: Sepang International Circuit (SIC) chief executive officer Datuk Razlan Razali feels that it was a mistake to have allowed Malaysian Moto3 rider Zulfahmi Khairuddin return home for treatment at the National Sports Institute (NSI) after his crash in Spain.
He said that it would have been better to let Zulfahmi stay on in Spain for a while for treatment as “the medical personnel there are more familiar with motorsport injuries”.
