Naaveennash vows to use chance to establish junior spot

PETALING JAYA: T. Naaveennash (pic) is no longer with the national hockey team but the striker hopes to turn his disappointment into motivation by winning a place in the junior squad.

Naaveennash was initially named in the Speedy Tigers’ side of 30 and was in the list for both the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in May and the Nations Cup in Poland last month but did not make the top 18 on both occasions.
