MHC to decide on new national hockey coach by end of the month

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) will not take too long to decide on the new national head coach as they want to give him sufficient time to prepare the squad for the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in Ipoh from May 4-11.

MHC president Datuk Seri Subahan said the process of vetting through the successful candidates and finalising the coach should be completed by the end of the month with the new senior squad to start training next month (fasting month).
