Juniors have their work cut out to be a force in the World Cup


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian hockey juniors will head home with plenty of work to do to reduce the gap with the top teams after ending the Tour of Europe with a 1-3 defeat to Britain at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow on Tuesday.

Britain scored their goals in the 17th (field goal), 25th (penalty corner) and 52nd (penalty stroke) minutes while Che Nur Aqilrullah Khairul Anwar scored a field goal in the 33rd minute.
