KUALA LUMPUR: Mohamed Hasdar Haruna starred for favourites Sabah as they slogged to a 2-1 win over Pahang at the MHC-Milo Under-16 hockey championships at the KL Hockey Stadium.
It was Sabah’s first win in Group C. In their opening match on Saturday, Sabah took a 4-0 lead but ended up with a 5-5 draw against Kelantan.
