KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor Hockey Association (SHA) will organise a one-day goalkeeping course at the Education Ministry Turf at Jalan Pantai on Dec 19.

Former Britain Olympic goalkeeper Simon Mason will conduct the course.

SHA secretary P. Kugneson said the course is being organised with the help of Mercian Hockey (a hockey product manufacturer in the UK).

“We are just helping out in arranging the local facilities because this is good for hockey development. The participants will have to pay a fee of RM150 to attend the course.

“This is not only open to Selangor players but everyone are welcomed,” he said.

The course is limited to only 30 goalkeepers and 20 coaches. Registration closes on Dec 7. For more information, email
