PETALING JAYA: An early return to training is the perfect booster for national gymnast Tan Ing Yueh’s (pic) bid to qualify for her first Olympics.
The Melaka-born lass, who is part of the “Road to Tokyo” centralised camp at the National Sports Council in Bukit Jalil, said her chances of going to Japan next year is much better now after the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) extended the qualification period to June 29 next year.
