PETALING JAYA: After three months without any training, the sight of the floor carpet, parallel bar and balance beam left national gymnast Farah Ann Abdul Hadi (pic) beaming with delight.

The 26-year-old, who has qualified for the Olympics, is one of the athletes in the Road to Tokyo centralised camp at the National Sports Council in Bukit Jalil, which started on June 8.
