PETALING JAYA: Thai LPGA star Jeeno Thitikul (pic) is not up the Maybank Championship leaderboard yet but that is just the way she likes it.

The world No. 1 golfer did not disappoint the crowd who followed her as she ended the first day of the championship at Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club with a four-under 68.
