Golfer Natasha Andrea Oon clinched her first professional golf title after winning the Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout in United States.

PETALING JAYA: Rookie professional Natasha Andrea clinched a well-deserved three-shot win at the Murphy USA Shootout to lift her first professional golf trophy.

The 2019 Philippines SEA Games silver medallist golfer carded a three-under 69 to overturn a two-shot deficit, finishing on 10-under 206 at the Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado on Sunday.

Natasha started her campaign with a sparkling first round of five-under 67 and maintained her momentum with a two-under 70 the next day.

The 22-year-old has previously secured four runner-up finishes so far this year and currently sits in second spot in the Epson Tour Race for the Card standings.

Natasha has USD147,780 (RM692,201) while Gabriela Ruffels of Australia sits on top with USD156,283 (RM732,029).

The top 10 finishers in the Epson Tour Race for the Card will earn playing rights on the LPGA Tour next year.
