IT proved a rather tough week in the international arena for Malaysia’s leading ladies in golf. Of the four players involved in competition in the United States, only Alyaa Abdulghany managed to make the cut.
In the Chevron Championship, the season’s first LPGA Major championship event, Kelly Tan and Malaysia’s top-ranked amateur player Natasha Andrea Oon, failed to make it to the weekend, while at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur, Ashley Lau also missed the cut.
