Yuan feels like a million bucks as he nears PGA Tour, Olympics dreams


CHINA’S Carl Yuan Yechun took a massive step towards achieving two career goals with his third runner-up finish on the Korn Ferry Tour on Sunday.The 24-year-old Yuan fought to a tied second place at the Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation after signing off with a one-under 71 and a 13-under 275 aggregate to end the week three strokes behind winner Austin Smotherman.

Countrymen Marty Dou settled for a share of 37th place on 285 while Bobby Bai came in tied 47th on 287.
