PETALING JAYA: A wrist injury has put paid to Gavin Green’s hopes of a good finish in the US$7mil (RM29mil) BMW PGA Championship, the European Tour’s flagship event, in England.
The 26-year-old had to settle for joint-48th spot after blowing up with a four-over 76 to finish on a 288 total at the Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey on Sunday.
