THE Ryder Cup is coming to town. This follows confirmation from the European Tour that the trophy will be in Kuala Lumpur for a week when Europe’s winning captain from the 2018 tournament, Thomas Bjørn and Padraig Harrington, recently appointed as European captain for the 2020 showdown in the United States, play in the Maybank Championship.
European legends, Bjørn and Harrington will be reunited with the trophy ahead of and during the tournament, a regular stop on the European Tour’s Race to Dubai that will be hosted at Saujana Golf & Country Club from March 21 to 24.
