Gavin inches closer to qualifying for World Tour Championship


PETALING JAYA: Gavin Kyle Green boosted his hopes of qualifying for the European Tour's season-ending DP World Tour Championship after securing his second top-10 finish of the season at the just-concluded British Masters.

The 24-year-old, who missed the cut in the last three tournaments, closed with a one-under 71 to finish in two-under 286 at the Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey on Sunday.
