Youngster Natasha strikes it right for a flying start in Singapore

PETALING JAYA: Natasha Andrea Oon got off to a solid start in her search for tickets to two Major events this year when she opened with a three-under 69 at the inaugural Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Championship in Singapore.

The 16-year-old traded five birdies against three bogeys at the Sentosa Golf Club’s New Tanjong course to sit in a seven-way tie for fifth, four shots behind leader Atthaya Thitikul of Thailand.
