Ervin grabs maiden collegiate win at the famed TPC Sawgrass


Thrilling win: Ervin Chang is the latest Malaysian to win on the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I golf competitions, joining Gavin Kyle Green and two-time winner Loy Hee Ying.

PETALING JAYA: National golfer Ervin Chang’s dream was to tee up at the renowned TPC Sawgrass – which host the annual US PGA Players’ Championship – but he got more than he bargained for.

The 19 year-old made it an even more memorable week by coming out tops in the 81-man Sea Best Invitational in Florida for his maiden collegiate golf victory in the US on Tuesday.
