(Reuters) - Billy Horschel made a par putt on the first playoff hole to defeat Australian Jason Day at the AT&T Byron Nelson in Texas on Sunday.

World number four Day had a chance to extend play but missed a short par putt. The miss, from about four feet, was the first three-putt of the tournament for Day.
