Malaysia to stage first European Tour Q-School event in Asia

PETALING JAYA: In 1999, the Malaysian Open became the first-ever event to be co-sanctioned by the European and Asian Tours.

Now, Malaysia is set to enter the record books again. This time for being the first venue outside Europe to stage a Qualifying School (Q-School) event as the European Tour ventures into Asia since it was established in 1972.
