SHAH ALAM: Darren Clarke has hailed the impact made by Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter - his two captain’s pick - after the English duo played a starring role in helping Team Europe land their first EurAsia Cup title.
Both the Ryder Cup veterans justified their selections as they won their singles matches on Sunday to complete a perfect weekend for the Europeans who thrashed Team Asia 18½-5½ in the three-day tournament.
