KUALA LUMPUR: Team Asia provided a glimmer of hope of an early fightback before fizzling out on the second day of their Eurasia Cup battle against Team Europe.

At one point, Jeev Milkha Singh’s men even led in four of the six foursomes contests at the Glenmarie Golf and Country Club on Saturday.
