Amir kept hs cool to lift Malaysian Junior Open title


Amir Nazrin tees off in the Malaysian Junior Open at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Golf and Country Club.

SHAH ALAM: Malaysia’s Amir Nazrin Jailani stayed composed to complete a wire-to-wire victory in the 100PLUS Malaysian Junior Open.

The 18-year-old carded a one-under 71 to close with a three-day total of 215, beating Genki Okada of Japan by three strokes at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Golf and Country Club. He was also a winner in 2013, making him the first two-time winner of the championships.
