Golfer Nicholas eyes victory in CIMB qualifier

PETALING JAYA: Fresh from his victory in the PGM Tour’s Taiping Closed Championship last Saturday, Nicholas Fung has set his sights on securing a third successive CIMB Classic appearance.

The 25-year-old will be among 84 local professionals vying for the one coveted spot in the US$7mil (RM26.76mil) CIMB Classic at the three-day SapuraKencana National Qualifier which starts at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC) on Monday.
