Asian Tour’s Smith caps fine debut in CIMB Classic


Aussie golfer Cameron Smith finished joint fifth at the CIMB Classic at KLGCC on Sunday.

KUALA LUMPUR: Australia’s Cameron Smith capped off a fine PGA Tour debut to finish tied for fifth spot at the CIMB Classic here.

The 21-year-old from Brisbane carded a bogey free four-under 68 to sign off on an impressive final-round total of 12-under 276 at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club.
