KUALA LUMPUR: A superb six-under 66 helped India’s Anirban Lahiri emerge as the top Asian golfer as the Maybank Malaysian Open moved into the last day of action.

After opening with two uneventful 72s at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club, the EurAsia Cup star burst into life with six birdies for a bogey-free card and a share of 14th place with a six-under 210.
