KUALA LUMPUR: Filipino Antonio Lascuna’s decision to stop playing golf for a month in December – to recuperate from a back injury – is starting to pay dividends as he contends for his first Asian Tour victory.
The 43-year-old Antonio shot the day’s lowest round of seven-under for a nine-under 135 at the demanding Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club West Course on Friday.
